Joe qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1996, and joined Ham Dental Practice as a full time dentist in 1999. He enjoys all aspects of general dental practice, and has a huge wealth of experience in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry, having now practised dentistry for 3 decades !! One of his great passions lies in improving jaw movements to relieve pain connected to headaches/migraines, neck, shoulder and upper back pain.

He enjoys family life, and is a keen runner, skier and cyclist.

Having become the practice owner in April 2019, Joe is continually committed to investing in the latest dental technologies, and has an immense passion for Digital Dentistry to improve both the patient’s and clinicians’ workflow, in the pursuit of the highest quality dental care.

Dr Andy Binks

Andy qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 2002. Since then, he has developed a particular interest in cosmetic smile makeover cases, and has undertaken a postgraduate course in dental implants at Warwick University and attained a certificate in Implant Dentistry.

He has been placing and restoring implants at the practice for 15 years. At a conservative estimate, Andy has placed more than 3000 dental implants, and is able to offer registered patients a free implant consultation.

Dr Martina Rosa

Martina graduated with Distinction at the University of Genoa in 2004.

She completed her post-doctoral training, achieving a Masters in Endodontics at the Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, Italy.

Martina ran her own successful practice in Italy for several years, before moving to the UK in 2009, continuing her passion to provide high quality dental treatment with a sense of care and empathy.

She travels regularly to International Dental Conferences to remain updated with the latest advances in endodontic treatment.

Martina is committed to providing a relaxed environment throughout her clinical treatments, and uses a microscope to deliver the highest quality endodontic care possible.

Dominika Bito

Dominika has developed excellent customer skills from years working front of house in a number of demanding service driven careers. It has enabled her to quickly build a warm, professional rapport with our wonderful patients and help create a friendly, calm working environment.

She prides herself on excellent communication, her caring patient liaison, and the accumulated dental knowledge working within this niche sector.

Dominika is also a fully qualified dental nurse, having successfully completed the NEBDN Diploma.

Hajni Plajner

Hajni has a kind and warm personality with an absolutely customer driven mindset, coming from years of service with people.
She is calm and approachable in every situation, and is a great addition to our team.

Her empathetic and patient approach allows all of our patients to feel at home and cared for in every situation.
She is a dog and nature loving person, and enjoys going for walks in her spare time to discover new wonders around London.

Daniela Bunduchi

Daniela originates from Moldova, and is a creative, hard-working, and detail-oriented person. She likes to seek out new learning opportunities and is not afraid to fail as part of learning.
She loves nature, long walks and camping all over the country.

Dr Neli Garbelova

Neli is one of our expert dentists specifically interested in gum treatments of periodontal disease as well as cosmetic dentistry such as white tooth fillings and professional tooth whitening. Her gentle touch relaxes even the most nervous patients and her friendly, caring attitude makes her a very popular member of our team.
Having qualified from one of the best dental universities in Bulgaria, Plovdiv Dental University, she went onto work in a prestigious private dental clinic in Plovdiv. She moved to the UK where she trained in aesthetic dentistry and currently works as a dentist with special interest in periodontal and cosmetic dentistry.
She has become a very popular member of our team and Neli enjoys promoting the positive message of empowering patients to better look after their teeth as well as feeling supported and expertly taken care of when in the clinic.

Sophie Herridge

Sophie qualified as a Dental Hygienist from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital (UCLH) in 2016. Since then, Sophie has worked in a number of private practices across London.

Joining the team in September 2024, Sophie enjoys treating patients of all ages and ensures that everyone is treated in a caring and friendly environment. She tailors her work to the individual needs of each patient and places great importance in delivering high quality treatment while providing a great experience. She has a gentle, empathetic approach to dental hygiene, ensuring that all her patients have the knowledge, support and tools to maintain a healthy smile.

Sophie is a member of the British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT) and is always updating her knowledge with Continued Professional Development courses. She also thrives on developing her skills further, one of those being tooth whitening.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys keeping active, weekend breaks in the countryside and spending time with her family and friends.

Regina Szalontai

Regina is a caring and enthusiastic person who enjoys being a nurse as she likes to help others.

She is from Hungary. She loves travelling to new places and exploring the world. In her spare time she enjoys reading and swimming.
