Joe qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1996, and joined Ham Dental Practice as a full time dentist in 1999. He enjoys all aspects of general dental practice, and has a wealth of experience in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. One of his great passions lies in improving jaw movements to relieve pain connected to headaches/migraines, neck, shoulder and upper back pain.
He enjoys family life, and is a keen runner, skier and cyclist.

Andy qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 2002. Since then, he has developed a particular interest in cosmetic smile makeover cases, and has undertaken a postgraduate course in dental implants at Warwick University and attained a certificate in Implant Dentistry.
He has been placing and restoring implants at the practice for a decade, and is able to offer registered patients a free implant consultation.

Dr Charan Virdi qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2011. Following her undergraduate training she has completed an array of courses to enhance her skill set and is able to carry out orthodontic treatments such as InvisalignGo, Clearsmile Aligner and Inman Aligner. Charan is also trained in Facial aesthetic treatments and can ply her skills to reduce the appearance of smile lines and wrinkles with the use of Botox.
Charan is currently doing a Diploma with the Eastman Dental Institute in Restorative Dentistry, which covers all aspects of general dentistry to enable her to provide her patients with the latest and most minimally invasive treatments to restore aesthetics and function.
Dr Virdi has a calming, relaxing approach and is especially good at treating patients with a nervous nature.

Originally from the Caribbean island of Montserrat, Danille migrated to the UK in 1997 as a result of a volcanic crisis on the island. She studied at the Leeds Dental Institute and has been a practising Dental Hygienist for 19 years. Danille has had experience working in a wide array of dental practices. She is known for her gentle yet thorough approach.
Her main motivations are seeing when the effects of careful instrumentation,combined with encouragement,patient dedication and a good home care regimen leads to a transformation of a patient’s oral health. Her motto is ” Healthy Gums – Healthy Body !”
Away from work she enjoys travelling, reading and catching up on her favourite TV shows.

Angelica comes from Rome, where she originally qualified as a dental technician. She then decided that she would rather be involved on the clinical side, and spent the next 20 years as a qualified dental nurse in Italy. She did her formal nursing training in London, following a move over here to broaden her knowledge and skills in dentistry. She registered with the GDC several years ago.
Dominika has developed excellent customer skills from years working in front of house in a number of service driven careers. It has enabled her to quickly build a warm, professional rapport with our wonderful patients and help create a friendly, calm working environment.
