Joe qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1996, and joined Ham Dental Practice as a full time dentist in 1999. He enjoys all aspects of general dental practice, and has a wealth of experience in advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. One of his great passions lies in improving jaw movements to relieve pain connected to headaches/migraines, neck, shoulder and upper back pain.
He enjoys family life, and is a keen runner, skier and cyclist.
Having become the practice owner in April 2019, Joe is now committed to improving and modernising its facilities for all the wonderful patients and staff.

Andy qualified from Guy’s Hospital in 2002. Since then, he has developed a particular interest in cosmetic smile makeover cases, and has undertaken a postgraduate course in dental implants at Warwick University and attained a certificate in Implant Dentistry.
He has been placing and restoring implants at the practice for a decade, and is able to offer registered patients a free implant consultation.

Martina Rosa graduated with Distinction at the University of Genoa in 2004.
She completed her post-doctoral training, achieving a Masters in Endodontics at the Alma Mater Studiorum, University of Bologna, Italy.
Martina ran her own successful practice in Italy for several years, before moving to the UK in 2009, continuing her passion to provide high quality dental treatment with a sense of care and empathy.
She travels regularly to International Dental Conferences to remain updated with the latest advances in endodontic treatment.
Martina is committed to providing a relaxed environment throughout her clinical treatments.
Having gained extensive experience within customer service led
environments and the private dental care sector, Nadine has a wealth of knowledge
to offer a great service and deliver a warm approach.
At Ham Dental Practice, Nadine will be in charge of administrative duties
along with delivering our exclusive, first class practice plan.
Nadine is committed to living life fully. To achieve this, she
incorporates a healthy lifestyle. She has a great and positive outlook on life and enjoys
yoga, cooking for her family and travelling.
Nadine also plans in the future to do more charitable work and raise
awareness to ongoing global issues, and encourages us all to do our part
where possible.
Dominika has developed excellent customer skills from years working front of house in a number of demanding service driven careers. It has enabled her to quickly build a warm, professional rapport with our wonderful patients and help create a friendly, calm working environment.
She prides herself on excellent communication, her caring patient liason, and the accumulated dental knowledge working within this niche sector.

Rupa joined Ham Dental practice in Jan 2021. She graduated from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London, Barts and the London dental school.
Rupa excelled at University and was awarded the Dean’s Prize in recognition for her academic excellence and commitment
After graduation Rupa was offered a place in the foundation therapy scheme, conducted by Health of England which helped her hone her skills,
Rupa is passionate about evidence based dentistry and keeps up to date with the latest developments to provide excellent care to her patients.
As a hygienist, Rupa believes that prevention is paramount in achieving good oral health and particularly enjoys educating her patients on the benefits of good oral hygiene habits in a way that suits each individual and works around their busy life style.
Rupa’s calm and friendly demeanour makes her great with nervous patients and children.
Outside of work she loves cooking and spending time with her family.

Sophie graduated in 2016 from the Eastman Dental Hospital in London (UCLH), part of the largest hospital in Europe, specialising in complex oral health.
From this she gained valuable experience and went on to use her knowledge and skills in both mixed and private dental practices.
Sophie loves getting to know her patients and understanding what concerns them most about their teeth and gums. She personally tailors her treatment to prevent diseases such as tooth decay and gum disease, whilst ensuring her patient’s general concerns are addressed and they leave feeling happy and content.
Sophie has a warm and calming nature which helps her patients feel relaxed while receiving their dental treatment.
As well as her dentistry career, Sophie enjoys cycling, country walks, trying out new recipes and spending time with her family and friends.
Talita is Brazilian and speaks Fluent English and Portuguese.
She is a qualified barista, and has also lived in Australia and New Zealand since she was 17.
In her spare timeshe enjoys taking Cross-Fit classes, travelling and learning languages.
Talita feels fearless, and tries very hard in everything she is passionate about. She has a strong empathy and care for people.
Talita believes that we can achieve everything we dream about with effort.
